Refund & Cancellation Policy — Pause OK, Please

1. Order Cancellation
   Cancellation requests are accepted only before the order is processed for shipment. To request cancellation, email sastrykinnera@gmail.com with your order details.
2. Refund Eligibility
   Refunds may be provided in cases such as:
   • duplicate payment
   • payment successful but order not created
   • order cancelled before shipment
3. Non-Refundable Cases
   Refunds are generally not applicable after the order is shipped.
4. Refund Timeline
   Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days and may take additional time to reflect based on the payment provider/bank.
